This partnership is flexible. We are not obligated to offer you sales leads, and you are not obligated to accept them. Your success is driven by your own initiative.

No Employee Benefits

As a self-employed contractor, you are not entitled to statutory benefits like holiday pay or sick pay. Your remuneration is 100% commission-based, rewarding you directly for your sales success.

Commission & Payment

Our commission structure is straightforward and designed to reward your hard work directly. You earn a 25% commission on the net value of every sale where the initial payment has been received.

You receive a quarter of the net value of every sale. Simple and powerful.

Monthly Payments

Commissions are paid on the last day of the month in which the client's initial payment is received.

Holmegarth Email & Google Voice

A `yourname@holmegarth.com` email and a Google Voice number are provided for professional communication. You must link your Google Voice to a Google Calendar to automatically opt-in/out of the sales ring group based on your specified working hours. Inbound leads from this system belong to the associate who answers.

A simple custom voicemail should be set for your Google Voice extension. This voicemail should clearly state your professional affiliation as a "Holmegarth Limited Sales Associate" and should automatically forward all voicemail messages to your Holmegarth business email address.

The "Pulse" System

Your central hub for product information, sales resources, and tracking your performance and commissions.

Inactivity Policy

Access to these tools will automatically cease after four consecutive weeks of inactivity to ensure security and efficient resource management.
